It's Tarpon and Snook Season!

It is that time of year when our warm water fish like Tarpon and Snook are caught the most! Tarpon and Snook love the warmer temperatures which makes summertime the best time to target them. We have also been catching Redfish and Seatrout in the same areas as the Tarpon and Snook.

Winter Bass Fishing

Winter time Bass fishing from December through March is a great time to book a Orlando Bass fishing charter on the Butler Chain of Lakes! The cooler temperatures make the Bass fishing good almost all day long, and our fish have big bellies right now since they are getting ready to spawn. We've been staring most of our fishing charters at 8am.

Phenomenal Tarpon Fishing!

We are seeing large numbers of Tarpon in Cocoa Beach on Florida's East Coast! This is one of Captain Austin's favorite fish to target due to their hard fighting nature and their ability to jump 5 ft out of the water once hooked. We've been catching around 5 Tarpon each trip and hooking into many others throughout the day. The are Snook are also mixed in with the Tarpon.

Beating the Heat, Finding Grass and Drop Offs

September Bass fishing is all about beating the heat and working around the afternoon rain showers. The Bass get really fired up early in the mornings and sometimes in the afternoons right after our quick summer rain showers, which are very common this time of the year. We are catching large numbers of Bass in the 1-3 pound range, and are getting one good bite a day from a 5+ pound Bass.
