Inshore fishing the flats on Florida's east coast has been spectacular to say the least. We've been catching a lot of varieties of fish with Sea Trout, Redfish and Black Drum being the most frequently caught. It is starting to warm up so we are seeing more Tarpon move into backwater bays and residential dock areas as well!

We know the Bass are getting ready to move up shallow to spawn. We are catching a lot of fish out deep that are very fat! We are also seeing a lot of beds up shallow. With the full moon and slightly cooler temperatures we should see males and females on their beds any day now which will make for some awesome sight fishing opportunities! This is our favorite time of year for fishing!

As our bass have endured another warm summer and lots of fishing action, it's time to change up our strategy when targeting late summer time bass. The key is to go finesse with wacky worms, senkos and swimbaits.

We continue to have beautiful evening's while fishing on the Butler Chain of Lakes in Orlando. Largemouth Bass are schooling still and have been very active in the afternoon. Topwater, Zoom 10 inch ol monster worms and zoom flukes have been our go to lures.

This is one our favorite times of the entire year in Central, Florida. Tarpon fishing is at its peak and will continue to be that way until mid October in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Snook, Trout and Redfish are being caught as well this time of year. We are spending a lot of time fishing the Indian and Banana River lagoons on both fly fishing and light tackle. 

Fishing in Central Florida during August can be phenomenal. The key is timing, weather and picking the right baits. We have been on the water almost every day and we will get you on those actively feeding largemouth Bass while on your Orlando Fishing Charters.

The first question we get asked this time of year is "when is the best time for Bass fishing." Believe it or not, afternoon trips starting at 3p.m. and fishing until sunset have been awesome! We are still catching decent numbers of fish in the morning but we've been having incredible afternoons.

We are almost in the full swing of summer and the Bass are falling into their summertime patterns. This excites us because summertime Bass fishing will give clients opportunities to catch Bass in various awesome ways. Topwater, Senkos, Spoons, and night fishing are going to be epic!

As April drew to a close and May began, the Bass have begun moving into their summertime patterns. This is very exciting because summertime is one of my favorite times to take clients Bass fishing. Despite the increasing temperatures, the Bass fishing will remain excellent moving into our warmer months. 

April has provided yet another great few weeks of fishing. Clients are having so much fun catching Bass on topwater and weightless lures. We are watching Bass crush their lures which is so fun to watch. Fish are on the move as it has been warming up.
