Central Florida Bass Fishing Report September, 2019

We continue to have beautiful evening's while fishing on the Butler Chain of Lakes in Orlando. Largemouth Bass are schooling still and have been very active in the afternoon. Topwater, Zoom 10 inch ol monster worms and zoom flukes have been our go to lures.

Fishing Topwater Baits and Along Pepper Grass

We've started our days fishing in the canals and tannic open water with Strike King topwater poppers, Strike King Spook jr's and the our favorite topwater, Yum hollow body popping frog. We will fish them pretty fast, giving them an erratic popping movement, and the bass have been crushing them. As the day goes on we move out along the pepper grass where we slow down our presentation using weightless flukes and zoom monster 10 inch worms. The most productive colors have been watermelon red, watermelon green and watermelon red with some green and purple flake. A slow presentation has been getting the most bites.
