Jake grew up in the Conway area and wanted to revisit his old stomping grounds on Lake Conway. He invited his work buddy Mark and we hit the water in search of Bass and whatever else would bite!

Lake Conway is on Fire

Lake Conway has been fishing excellent all of 2018 and now 2019. The lake is full of 1-2 pound Bass and they can be caught just about all day long. The guys both hooked up on their first casts and the action continued for their entire 4 hour fishing trip. We also caught a few Chain Pickerel which look like a northern Pike but much smaller and are green with spots. There has been a lot of bird activity on Lake Conway which has clued us in on where the fish are feeding. Birds are always a key player in finding fish. Find the birds and you'll find the fish. We ended our day with a double up and we were all stoked.
