Fishing and Enjoying Wisconsin Cheese!

John and Michael were in town from Wisconsin and wanted a guys day of fishing. We had one heck of a great time on the water and I even got to try some of their delicious Wisconsin cheese that they bought with them!

Find the Birds and Find the Fish

We began our day looking  for schooling fish which is easiest done by finding the birds. Wherever the birds are hanging out is usually where fish will be. We threw weightless lures around grass in the middle of the lake and had an absolute blast doing this. We then moved into some deeper water where we found birds working the surface for bait and caught more Bass here. Our last spot is where my clients hammered some of their bigger fish. We ended our day hooting and hollering as we caught some really nice fish.
